Use of the Services and/or submitting your Personal Information to WRKS shall be considered by WRKS to be your consent for us to collect, use and disclose said Personal Information. If you refuse to consent or withdraw your consent, WRKS will take commercially reasonable steps to comply with you request and respond to the withdrawal of consent.

What Personal Information does WRKS collect?
When you create a WRKS account you provide Personal Information including your name, email address and a password.
If you are using WRKS Paid Services, billing and account information will also be collected and store.
When you create a profile as an individual, you can choose to enter information about your skills and qualifications, including, but not limited to, your skills, education, work experience, a photo, and your location.
As WRKS is a location-based application, we will collect your geographical location.
Users should not post any data on their profile that they would not want to be publicly available.
Once a Users begins using the Services, we collect personal data when a job seeker matches with a company, when chat requests are request, when chat requests are denied, when conversations are initiated, and when Users change or delete information from their profile or job postings.
How does WRKS collect your Personal Information?
WRKS collects Personal Information that you have provided to us voluntarily and in connection with your use of the WRKS Services and our website. For example, when you update your resume, respond to a survey or fill out a form, this information is stored and may be used by WRKS.
Users can also control information collected by cookies. Cookies can be deleted or declined in your browser settings.
Why does WRKS collect your Personal Information?
Users can choose not to provide certain information however that may result in incomplete profiles and will decrease the effectiveness of WRKS Services. Additionally, it may render users completely incapable of using certain functions of the Services.
In order for the WRKS app to work effectively, your location is broadcasted to other users when the application is opened. This location-based feature allows you to be able to match with potential employers and/or job seekers who are nearby.
How does WRKS use your Personal Information?
WRKS collects your Personal Information to accomplish the goals of the Services, namely to connect job seekers with companies looking to fill employment positions. Such Personal Information is also collected in order to perform administrative functions, such as processing invoices and payments, or to comply with regulatory obligations concerning the conduct of business.
Generally, your Personal Information is used to:
- Deliver Services to individual Users, including to manage their account and provide customer support;
- Communicated with Users by email about products or services that may be of interest to you;
- Improve our products and services, and manage our business;
- Perform research and analysis about Users’ use of, or interest in, WRKS or others’ products, services, or content;
- Develop, display, and track content and usage to improve User experiences;
- Website or mobile application analytics;
- Perform any other functions as described at the time of information collection.
How does WRKS disclose Personal Information?
When you use WRKS services, your profile and all Personal Information located therein, will be viewable by other Users. Companies will conduct a search for Job Seekers based on the information provided. When a match is made, Companies will be able to request a conversation be commenced.
WRKS only collects the Personal Information voluntarily disclosed by you and uses it only in order to accomplish the business needs as specified above. We will not disclose your Personal Information to any third party for financial benefit (e.g. sell, rent, lease, commercially exploit or otherwise disclose your Personal Information or data to third parties).
How does WRKS protect your Personal Information?
Personal Information may be shared with service providers to perform specific functions on behalf of WRKS. We may share information, including Personal and financial information, with third parties that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include processing sales, ad tracking and analytics, providing customer service, completing marketing campaigns, and supporting Services functionality. These service providers may have access to some Personal Information but will not be permitted to disclose it or use it for any other reason.
How long will WRKS retain your Personal Information?
WRKS Inc. will only keep your Personal Information for as long as we have your consent. Archived copies of data, including your Personal Information, shall only be kept in compliance with applicable law and relevant regulatory authority.
What about other information?
WRKS may collect Derivative Information (link to Derivative Information in Terms) or non-personal information about users. This information is related to the use of the website and mobile applications, and may include aggregate information about users age, sex, location, or usage patterns.
WRKS may combine non-personal information collected with additional non-personal information collected from other sources.
Non-personal information may be shared with third parties, including advisors, advertisers, and investors, for the purpose of conducting business analysis, marketing analysis, or other business purpose. For example, we may engage a data provider who may collect web log data from users (including IP addresses, and information about browsers or operating system).
What is Do Not Track (DNT)?
Do Not Track, or DNT, is a preference that users can set in their web browsers. It has been promoted by regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The intention of this mechanism is to allow users to control the tracking on their online activities.
While WRKS encourages users to make meaningful choices about information provided and published, including offering opportunities for users to opt out, currently it does not recognize or respond to DNT signals.
Currently, there is no uniform application of DNT signals, a common definition of DNT, and what it means to comply with DNT. As this very important issue is explored and developed further, WRKS is committed to monitoring and amending its policies as required.

At any time, you can contact WRKS and ask about the management of your Personal Information. WRKS cooperates with all requests and ensures that such cooperation is done on a reasonable and expedited basis.
